RITT and RCG affirm our commitment to recognizing, addressing, and eradicating all forms of racism and ethnic oppression. We focus on engaging and collaborating in providing services, including counseling and supervision, that challenge oppressive and unjust forces. We work to reduce racial injustices both within the counseling/social work community and our larger community. As a collective consisting of mostly white women, we are committing to educating ourselves further and continuing the conversation of racial injustice. RITT Fellows, staff, and supervisors are united in the pursuit to end racial and ethnic bias and to empower our students toward this collective goal. Black Lives Matter.
