His consultation is especially supportive for clinicians working with LGBTQ+, queer, and gender-expressive clients, those reconciling identity with religion or navigating religious trauma, and trauma work across the lifespan. Nate’s approach emphasizes case formulation that honors each client’s unique narrative while strengthening clinician confidence, intervention flexibility, and ethical clarity.

This one-to-one consultation provides a reflective, collaborative space to deepen clinical skills, refine EMDR application, and explore challenges in trauma work and identity-affirming practice with clarity, compassion, and professional grounding.
