Somatic Intervention

Somatic therapies and intervention techniques recognize that the mind and body are connected and that to truly heal we must acknowledge and address that connection.  

Somatic therapy is combined with talk therapy to release stress stored in the body so you can let go of this tension you have carried both physically and emotionally.

Some examples of somatic intervention techniques include:

  • Deep breathing

  • Relaxation techniques

  • Meditation

  • Dance

  • Yoga Therapy 

  • Movement work

  • Cranial Sacral therapy
