As a practitioner, I strive to bring authenticity to the collaboration between practitioner and client to help individuals learn how to process, accept, and move forward in their healing journey. I believe all individuals have the capacity to create change. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in my work but always come from a strengths-based and person-centered approach in my practice to foster a safe environment for individuals of all backgrounds. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, spending time with friends and family, and watching a new television show or movie.
