I received my Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2017 and my Masters of Social Work in 2019. I have experience working in a variety of settings to include: medical social work, OBGYN/Postpartum care, Community Mental Health, Emergency Services Crisis Intervention/Crisis Stabilization, and Child Welfare.Â

I believe that all people have the ability to heal. My goal is to provide a safe environment where clients feel empowered to share their stories and process their trauma in a healthy and healing way. It is my intention to teach clients effective coping skills through trauma treatment modalities including EMDR and parts work. I specialize in a person centered and strengths-based approach for people of all ages and walks of life.
