Andrea "Fas" Fasciano, MEd

RITT Staff

Charlottesville Office

Fas (she/her) is a Resident in Counseling, working toward licensure under supervision. She earned her M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William & Mary. Her therapeutic philosophy centers on existential and parts work, recognizing that every part of a person's story and identity has a place in their journey toward a more meaningful life.

Fas's goal is to walk alongside clients as she helps them discover their strengths and capabilities, navigating life's challenges with resilience and purpose. She has a particular heart for supporting those who have experienced harm in faith communities and survivors of family violence. Exploring and reconciling aspects of one's identity is also a key area of her focus. As a member of LGBTQ+ community, Fas is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space for all.

Outside of her practice, you can find Fas unwinding with podcasts, getting her hands dirty with yardwork, and enjoying time spent playing games or having meaningful conversations with loved ones.
