Jenny brings a compassionate and caring presence to her work with clients, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. She believes that healing unfolds most naturally in a space of safety, connection, and curiosity. At the heart of Jenny’s work is the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow when they are met with genuine care and presence. Her style is gentle yet direct, and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s life experiences. Drawing from her background in somatic psychotherapy and mindfulness-based counseling, Jenny supports clients in reconnecting with their innate wisdom.
Her therapeutic approach integrates the mind, body, and heart. Whether a client is experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, or navigating life transitions, Jenny helps them slow down, notice what’s happening inside, and listen deeply to their body cues. Through this process, clients begin to recognize the patterns that shape their lives, soften self-criticism, and move toward greater self-understanding and ease.
Jenny earned her Master’s degree in Somatic Psychotherapy from Naropa University, where she trained in contemplative and body-centered approaches to healing. She is currently completing her Residency in Counseling under clinical supervision as she works toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
