Lizzy brings an air of hope and humor into the counseling process. Lizzy obtained her Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling from Denver Seminary. She is experienced in exploring spiritual topics and religious trauma. She values diverse perspectives and prioritizes inclusivity of all people and identities in her practice.

As an LPC-Resident in counseling, Lizzy is committed to providing excellent care to clients of all ages. She is patient, gentle and honest throughout the counseling journey and encourages clients to take ownership of their experience. Lizzy is experienced in integrating EMDR, parts work, play therapy, mindfulness, DBT, art therapy, somatic interventions and attachment theory into therapy.
