Lizzy brings an air of hope and humor into the counseling process. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Vocal Music from the University of Texas at Austin, Lizzy lived abroad in Italy for a year before returning to pursue a graduate degree in clinical counseling. Lizzy obtained her Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling from Denver Seminary, and is experienced in exploring spiritual topics and religious trauma. She values diverse perspectives and prioritizes inclusivity of all people and identities in her practice.Â

As a resident in counseling, Lizzy is committed to providing excellent care to clients of all ages. She is patient, gentle and honest throughout the counseling journey and encourages clients to take ownership of their experience. Lizzy is experienced in integrating parts work, mindfulness, DBT, art therapy and attachment theory into therapy. On a weekend you may find Lizzy on a meandering hike in the mountains, or baking fresh sourdough bread to enjoy with her husband.Â
