Rebecca works with little ones (3-11) and adults, helping them navigate trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and emotions openly. Grounded in trauma-informed and humanistic practices, her work fosters healing, resilience, and meaningful change. She values empathy, authenticity, and empowerment as cornerstones of the therapeutic relationship. She offers multiple interventions, including talk therapy, EMDR, parts work, and somatic work.
Degrees/Trainings:
· Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from WVU
· Medical Degree from UVA
· Training courses in EMDR
· Training courses in Parts Work
Outside the therapy room, Rebecca enjoys hiking, jogging, cooking, spending time with family, and adventuring with her chiweenie, Peanut.
