I’m a passionate and intuitive therapist who believes in the transformative power of storytelling, connection, and the healing nature of relationships. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in 2009 and my Master of Social Work in 2015 before trading the Midwest for the Blue Ridge Mountains of Charlottesville.

Before my career as a therapist, I built a diverse background working in community mental health, crisis intervention, and child welfare. I am EMDR-trained and working toward certification, weaving this powerful modality into my work alongside attachment-based and parts-informed approaches.

I take a direct, authentic therapeutic approach that is grounded in some key principles: my belief in the innate resilience and wisdom within each person, and the understanding that therapy should be a space where you can be fully human—raw, real, and without pretense.

My goal is to create a space where all parts of you feel welcome and valued. Through the safe, supportive relationship we build together, healing can unfold, allowing you to reclaim your story and move toward a deeper connection with your truest self.
